Hi,
I would suggest using http://www.192.com. This is a directory enquiries service, where you can find people without the full address. It has records of phone numbers, electoral registers and company directors.
If you are unable to find your friend using this, it may be that they have not registered to vote (or are not eligible) and do not have a fixed telephone service or are ex-directory.
On the other hand, you could try relying on the royal mail. They manage to deliver plenty of letters with very incomplete addresses, and your friend has a distinctive enough name to make the process more likely to succeed, so mailing something to them with the address "London" only might work.
Another option would be to contact any Brazilian societies in London, the address is below for the Anglo-Brazilian society. They might be able to help you.
Good luck.
I love all of their music from BG & Talk to the Bomb…awesome band!!!
Some of us here are indeed prepared to profit from this depression. Don’t kid yourself. True, most ignored the warnings and chose to live in credit. Some of us listened, researched, then acted to preserve wealth. Bring it.
Speaking from personal experience, my ornamental Kwanzan cherry holds its bloom for about two weeks, while the blossoms drop from my Lapins, grown for the fruit, in a week or less.
Fruiting cherries, such as Lapins, Stella, Bing, Montmorence, etc., bear fruit and blossoms that look like…cherry blossoms. Hope this helps…
The Brazilian title version to "The Hurt Locker" is "Guerra ao Terror [War against Terror]" =)
The stain is “Cabot’s” and the finish is “Masterline” oil modified polyurethane. Thanks for watching!
Just bought a Cherry Pie. #epicpetwars
worst haircut experience was my sister cutting my hair…. while i was going to the bathroom, she just ran in and cut some of my hair off

An interesting proof of principle that’s unlikely to be put into practice.
Researchers in Japan have transformed mosquitos into vaccine-carrying syringes by genetically engineering the insects to express the vaccine for leishmaniasis–a parasitic disease transmitted by the sandfly–in their saliva. According to a study in Insect Molecular Biology, mice bitten by these mosquitos produced antibodies against the parasite. It’s not yet clear whether the immune response was strong enough to protect against infection.
Inspired by the late great American composer and experimental-instrument-maker Harry Partch (Wikipedia), Makers Market seller Johnson Arts created this gorgeous hardwood frame and hung a beautiful glass bell in it. Where’d they get the bell? In a former life it was a glass sink! Check it out, along with other cool handmade one-offs from Johnson Arts, in their Makers Market store.

The pain is really not that bad. The first time is usually the most painful because the bulb of the hair is larger than if you got it done regulary, I get them done every month and I don’t even flinch anymore. Plus I do them for a living as a licensed esthetician.

honey you're a trooper!!! You've had a baby and experienced real pain- anything else is kid's games to you lol. If you're that worried about the pain this is what you should do…. Go to Sally's they have this anesthetic spray that you can obviously spray on the area you will be waxing. You leave it on for 3-4 minutes and then proceed with the waxing- even after you pull the hair out you can spray it again to numb the pain and relax the skin again if you need to. It's super cheap and totally worth it if you ask me. Bring it with you to the salon and tell them you want them to put that on you during the wax session- they shouldn't have a problem =) that's how I get mine done.
wanderlei is a gentlemen.
Ben Cherry continues to write nice detailed posts on JavaScript. This time he delves into the magic of Object – primitive conversions. He post has some good fodder for wtfjs as he shows details of toString, valueOf, and implicit fun. Take a simple example like population: PLAIN TEXT JAVASCRIPT: function population(country, pop) { return { [...]

Up until now, a shroud of mystery has surrounded Apple’s custom engineered A4 system-on-chip; we know it’s clocked at 1GHz, likely tied to Apple’s prior acquisition of P.A. Semi and manufactured by Samsung. Outside of that, the only other knowledge we’ve gained has come not from the mouth of Cupertino, but from the extracting wizards over at iFixit. The A4 contains at least three layers of circuitry layered on top of each other, though it’s packaged just like the iPhone processor: microprocessor in one package and two memory modules in the other package. We also learned that the iPad RAM is actually inside of the A4 processor package, and we’re expecting to learn even more from those folks in the coming days. All that said, there’s still much debate on whether Apple’s own silicon can stand up to Qualcomm’s heralded 1GHz Snapdragon, the chip powering Google’s Nexus One among other things. AnandTech pitted their iPad against the iPhone 3GS (600MHz ARM Cortex A8) and the aforesaid Nexus…
Filed under: Concept Cars, Coupe, Performance, Specialty, South America, Design/Style Amoritz GT DR7 Supercar – Click above for high-res image Brazil really does have quite a bit going for it. Aside from being the largest nation in South America and having some of the most beautiful people on the planet, the country is slowly beginning to test the supercar waters. Need proof? Look no further than the Amoritz GT DR7. We’ll have to forgive the GT DR7 for looking suspiciously like a very cab-forward Gallardo just because of what’s lurking in the engine bay. Armoritz has chosen to shoe-horn an ethanol-guzzling 8.4-liter V10 borrowed from none other than the Dodge Viper amidships. The company says it’s expecting north of 600 horsepower to come galloping forth from the ten-pot and we see no reason to disagree. The Armoritz GT DR7 is slated for an official unveil this October, at which point we’re sure the company will be happy to supply you with a set of keys for the right amount of coin….
